The technical competence of bidders will be evaluated before the financial offers will be considered. The minimum criteria to be met by successful bidders are as follows:
- Evidence of registration with CAC and other bodies
- current/valid tax clearance certificate
- Details of company profile including registered address, functional email & phone numbers
- Evidence of similar jobs done
SUBMISSION OF PROPOSAL
Bidders are required to send technical and financial bids via email (info@basicrightswatch.org) or to our physical address (Suite FC 9 Banex plaza Wuse 2). All financial bids must be in Naira and signed by an authorized representative of the bidding company. Financial bids must include the following:
- Delivery Schedule
- Payment terms
- Validity period and warranty of the equipment

- Any and all contract executed are subject to applicable withholding tax (WHT) deduction in compliance with the Nigerian Tax Law.
- All submitted proposals/quotations must be valid for 30 days, dated and signed.
